LandlordDesk is a web app, so you can access it from any device – desktop, tablet, or smartphone – right through your browser. There’s nothing to install, and all features are fully accessible online. We are also building a dedicated mobile app that will work seamlessly with the web version. It will make uploading receipts, sending messages, and managing rentals even more convenient on the go. Active subscribers will get early access when it’s ready.

Yes. If you’re earning rental income, you can claim LandlordDesk as a rental expense – even if the property is in your personal name. When you file taxes using Form T776, you can list the subscription under: Office expensesManagement fees, or Other rental-related expenses.

Yes. We take data security very seriously. LandlordDesk uses bank-level encryption to protect your data, and we’re compliant with Canadian privacy regulations. Your tenant information, financial records, and all sensitive data are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
